My consulting services each have the common goal of helping your Web site reach, acquire, convert and retain more visitors. I provide a wide range of services which fall into the following 4 general areas:

4. Feature Implementation: helping site owners and managers implement new features and technologies

I can also be contracted for any of the sub-tasks which go into these larger packages, most notably interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing.
